What happens if my Nōrden Plunge has an issue?
We guarantee your unit will work without problems. If you have any issue within 30 days, our in-house customer service team will do whatever's needed to get you cold plunging as soon as possible.
Is it really just a 20-minute setup?
Yes! You will inflate the tub with the included pump, place the chiller next to the Nōrden Plunge, connect 2 hoses, fill with water, plug in, and you're ready to change your life!
Does it require a special outlet?
No. The Nōrden Plunge uses a standard 110V outlet. For optimal performance, we recommend a dedicated 15A circuit with no other appliances.
